Sunday At Yankee Stadium

This post has nothing to do with golf but it's a baller story none the less so I'm throwing it up here.

I'm hanging out in CT last weekend. I went there to drop some stuff off at my sisters place. I'm waking up on Sunday morning when I get a call from the ConMan. Our boy got 2nd row tickets for the yankee game from some money manager and I'm getting the nod. It's 11:30 at this point and the game starts at 1. I'm recovering from a monster night and hop in the shower immediately and sprint to the train. I of course have to stop at my apt in NYC to drop off my bag because The Stadium won't let guys with bags in. F'n terrorists!!! So I pund 4 beers on the 80 minute train ride and I'm feeling pretty primed for the game.

I get to the stadium around 1:30 and have to hit some lobby to pick up the tickets. Of course the tickets are under a different name then what I was told. The Armenian is as stupid as they come.. wrong, wrong wrong. I get them from the woman at the desk who barely speaks english. what I'm unaware of at the time is that she scans the ticket as she gives it to me then directs me to go outside and around. Once you leave you can't get back in!!!

I go to the gate I was directed to and they say the ticket has been used. I chill for a minute thinking maybe a buddy printed me the wrong ticket. I call them and nope. So i put my head down and bulldoze the guy at the gate. I tell him he's wrong I just got it, that I'm calling the owner who pays over 6 figures for these tickets. He lets me in.

Game was sick, pics of the seats below. Kim Jones I love you. You may be able to hear me proposing to her while she interviewed CC.

Marry me Kim Jones!!!

Tashua on July 4th Weekend!

We got a tee time at 12:50 on Saturday the 2nd. Absolutely perfect day for golf. Was sunny, but a little cloudy and in the mid 80's. No pictures. Check out my last post for some

I played with Cheese Steak, Digital and Pac-man. Pac-man and I shared a cart and killed it. we had to scramble a bit the get there on time, even though it was after 12. Stuff happens when you rock hard the night before. Thankfully for the other chumps I bought a 24 pack of balls so they were able to scam mine. The Nike SFT's are underrated and inexpensive. http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4002621&cid=CSE:GoogleProductSearch

We rolled in there with a couple coolers packed. We had to skip the 20 oz cocktail this time because we were all pretty well stocked. Digital and cheese steak brought there own coolers and I packed my bag with brews and freezer packs so I rocked the entire time.

The course was in great shape. I don't know if you remember me saying something about the conditions earlier in the year. The front 9 wasn't good earlier, but now it's as nice as the back 9. I should have taken more pics. Fail on my part.

Drive was on point. We were playing best ball, Digital and I vs the others. Digital played like crap and the handicaps were off so it was difficult for me to take a hole. After 12 hold Digital and I were down 5. We pressed and went up 2 holes going into the 18th. Cheese Steak hogpressed and somehow they took us down.
